• Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship on site.
• Coordinate with the drafting team for drawing revisions and updates.
• Take site measurements for ongoing works and prepare daily quantity take-offs.
• Prepare inspection requests (IRs) and coordinate inspections with consultants.

• Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) by taking off quantities from drawings.
• Support senior QS in preparing cost estimates, rate analysis, and tender documents.
• Collect quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Maintain measurement sheets and daily quantity logs.
• Support in verifying invoices and certifying payments.
