Reporting directly to the Project Director, providing full administrative support to the senior management staff of the Project Management Team, as they function as the Employer’s Representative. The role engages in, but not limited to, diary management, document management, and office management. The exposure is mainly on Tender documentation and Contract documents preparation.
Worked on secondment for the EC Harris Cost Consultancy Team, providing full administrative support to the senior and mid-level managers through effective document management and performing secretarial functions, generation of reports, and liaising with external contacts and consultants. The role greatly involved preparation of interim valuation for consultants on a monthly basis for QS checking and processing.
Acted as a Personal Assistant to the General Manager; this includes secretarial functions like diary management, document management and office management. The role involved business relations with government entities in the Sharjah Airport Free Zone (Immigration and Business Support) and in the airports in the UAE, as well as hotels and companies with similar discipline.
