o Establishing a confidential filing system for all correspondence, minutes of meetings, records of communications.
o Maintaining office supplies and raising purchase requests for Executive Office.
o Collating and filing expenses for reimbursements.
o Liaising with Concierge Team for driver arrangements whenever required.
o Having a daily sit-down meeting and review of daily tasks, calendar, minutes of meetings with the Managing Director.
