Routinely inspect all palace areas to ensure that they are correctly set-up, neat and prepared for use.
Alert Management to any & all complaints received from Royal Family members or guests.
Report maintenance faults / jobs to appropriate personnel and complete maintenance log book accordingly.
Provide commentary on monthly consumption of supplies to assigned outlets.
Ensure that the reputation & integrity of the Royal Family members, the Royal Court and palace operations are beyond reproach in their dealings with their various stakeholders.
Maintain a high standard of personal appearance, personal hygiene and professionalism.
Maintain absolute confidentiality of Royal Family, palace and Security affairs

Taking part and Supervising of all department duties in general that includes of Front Office, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, Operator, Concierge, Order Taker, Cashier, and Food & Beverage Service along with the concepts of Traditional and 24hour Personalized Butler Services.
Responsible for accounts of the Guest during their stay, (check in and check outs)
Bears a full and comprehensive knowledge of the hotel that includes all department services and outlets.
Is a continual source of assistance and information to the guest.
Ensures that the Villa are maintained and service as required as well as assisting and organized guest itineraries and requirements.
Co-ordinate Laundry & Pressing collection & delivery as well as providing packing and unpacking service.
