Preparing Import /Export Documentation.
- Complete all tasks set by the Management, liaising with clients, updating and maintaining any
paperwork regarding removal job.
- Responsible for updating files, issuing quotations and resolving any customer problems or
complaints associated with removals.
- Handle the operation from the beginning to the end.
- Working with clients, ensuring them that the move takes place at the most convenient time.
- Produce quotations and raise invoices.
- Processing of bookings after liaising with despatch.
- Obtaining and completing any Insurance proposal forms.
- Maintain business relationship with corporate clients and international FIDI companies
Handles Export and promote sales
- Receive, review and Process Export documentation for an assign accounts.
- Process and follow Shipper’s instructions accurately.
- Data entry to Shipping lines.
- Send Pre-Alerts, FCR Draft, Bill of Ladings.
- Document shipments to ensure they are in compliance with customs rules and regulations.
- Track the location of the shipment.
- Prepare goods for shipment using the best and economical packaging.
- Transportation and warehousing.

Oversees the entire activities of Sales & Marketing division.

- Accomplishes business development activities by researching and developing marketing
opportunities and plans.
