• Detailed analysis of variances/reason of variances
• Overall conduct and execution of Inventory Audit Procedures for high-risk areas
• Prepares and submits audit reports on audit procedures conducted
• Supervisor Reliever - Act as reliever of Supervisor in certain cases (e.g. if Supervisor is on leave, or if needed) and oversee the whole team/cluster.
• Other tasks to be assigned from time to time depending on the requirements.

- Maintain and Updating Records
- Counting Materials, Equipment, or supply in stock
-Repoting discfepancies between pgysical count anf computer recors.
- Recieved and Inventory Stocks.
- weekly Inventory of Assets.

• Tagging and scanning of newly delivered goods/ monitored assets.
• Issuance of items delivered to requester or end users.
• Monitoring assets, such as transfers, disposal, defective for replacement.
• Maintain records of all issued assets/ items whether
consumables items
• Conducts Inventory / spot-checking of assets of the company.
• Checking of accountability of resigning employees for clearance purposes.

• Coordinating with suppliers regarding purchase request and specifications and receiving their offers according to the approved items.
• Preparation and review Quotation
• Prepares Purchase Order for various departments & send copies to supplier.
• Determine if inventory qualities are sufficient for needs
• Performs canvassing, dealing & negotiating with different suppliers.
• Follow up balances, accounts, and payment of supplier.
• Preparing supplier data and updating it on an ongoing basis.
• Attracting new local suppliers.
• Facilities credit applications with suppliers by maximizing discount
