As Planner for the Royal Commission Project, responsible for overall management of master schedule in Primavera P6. Compared resource requirements against the availability and calculated the percentage availability. Managed status reporting and forecasts through analysis by coordinating and collecting information related to projects construction schedules, budget, risks, issues, and resource utilisation for the projects. Prepared daily/ weekly/ monthly schedules & reports to ensure smooth and speedy completion of the project. Estimated EOT along with Early and late Stat Curve and Resource Histogram and Claims to the Client. Work out data through Excel VBA and Parser.
•Completed one SAR (Saudi Arabia Railways) Project - involving the installation of Rubber panels on Rail track cross the Kingdom. another Partial Completed Project (Camel Crossing Bridge Structures) Responsible for Tracking and Monitoring through Issue Tracking, Procurement Plan, IPC Plan and actual. Managing and timely updates to the Regional Project data base. Annual Budget, Quarterly Plan and Revenue, Cash Dow, etc. reports.
•'evelop and implement procedures for monitoring project progress in compliance with contractual requirements.
•Responsible for understanding project speci'cations and developing, reviewing, assessing, and preparing various project detailed master delivery schedules. This shall include the review of contractor4s project schedule submissions, baseline, and monthly schedule updates.
•Focal point for all company planning requirements during Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, and Startup phases.
•Engage with contractor schedule in reviewing project progress against plan and proactively identify any potential risks and develop and implement mitigation measures.
•Able to develop initial baseline schedules with little project information.
•Assist in the preparation and management of overview and strategic programmes, including design, procurement and construction schedules together with supporting information required schedules
•Include all project stages from initiations to completion in the baseline and identify stage gates accordingly.
•Coordinate and manage the preparation and development of master planning, engineering, procurement, and construction schedules together with associated information required schedules
•Monitor engineering design progress, material and equipment procurement and construction and commissioning status
•Prepare progress monitoring tools using earned value for the management and monitoring of the above mentioned schedules. Monitor progress both on and off site. Identify deviations (progress trends) in both construction and procurement progress and suggest possible courses of corrective action

Working Under Project Management Consultancy (PMC) EPC Project Responsible to review the Sub Contractor Bassline as well as Timely reports (Weekly & Monthly) report to incorporate for monitoring and Tracking the Performance. Review and Validation of the IPC with respect to Quantity. EOT claims from Sub-contractor.

In addition, involved in floating Tender for 11 railway Stations across India for Technical Consultant for Railways involved in tendering for Stations.

Attend offsite meetings as requested by the client
Review schedules for slippage of key dates
Assist in the defence / approval of any claim for time extension or major change to the schedule

Ensuring that each Planning Engineer runs his or her section to the highest professional standards, that all information is current, and that every member of the team is receiving the information he or she needs to fulfil their responsibilities.
Establish and maintain consistent and adequate administration procedures, in their field. These procedures will be followed across the project by the respective planners working under the Construction Managers.
