As Planner for the Royal Commission Project, responsible for overall management of master schedule in Primavera P6. Compared resource requirements against the availability and calculated the percentage availability. Managed status reporting and forecasts through analysis by coordinating and collecting information related to projects construction schedules, budget, risks, issues, and resource utilisation for the projects. Prepared daily/ weekly/ monthly schedules & reports to ensure smooth and speedy completion of the project.
