• Assist the Maintenance Engr in overseeing the refurbishments, maintenance and repair activities of Industrial area sites and Camps.
• Oversee and coordinate the workers whom conducting facility maintenance and repair.
• Inspect sites regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance.
• Implements the planned/Scheduled maintenance activities through work order system, maintenance of equipment maintenance history and maintenance activity performance.
• Prepares and initiate purchase requests related to maintenance and repair requirement of the facility.
• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecasted workloads.
• Supervise and train workers. Coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance activities. Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time. Responsible for all health and safety regulations and practices on site.
• Direct preventative maintenance work. Conduct follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work. Conduct safety inspections as scheduled. Establish strategies to meet workload demands on time.

• Assisting and supporting the Logistics in production (TONNER AND BULK LOADING) and
• Mooring of Barge, unloading of products ( Cement ) at the terminal.
• Acting Safety officer onsite in behalf of ISS.
• Conduct daily inspection and calibration of Machine and Equipments.

• Oversee and ensure all repairs and work completion;

• Monitor and Conduct Leading on the maintenance staff ensuring health safety and housekeeping and cleanliness and strict implementation and enforcement of company rules policies and regulations are complied with
• Monitors personnel/job assignments, work orders completion and ensure that all pending request for repair and maintenance were properly addressed and completed
• Collects, evaluates, and analyzes maintenance reports and checked all relevant information
• Check and monitor daily attendance record of all maintenance department personnel and submit to maintenance manager for evaluation
• Prepares and submits reports such as daily/monthly attendance reports, daily/monthly maintenance reports and other related activities
• Ensure that designated buildings, facilities are fit for purpose and to provide proactive support/solutions when required
• Troubleshooting HVAC system problems, handle electronic and electrical circuit parts and Mechanical parts, and Report to the Superiors and Explaining the work Situation and Status of All the Air Conditions.
• Repair and replace damage parts of an air-con (FCU Fan, fan belts, pulley cross joint shaft; AHU Duct work grills diffusers; compressors Semi Hermitic centrifugal, Rotary and Piston type; bypass and reversing valve (heat mode), capacitor, pipes in the new Air Conditioning system.
• Able to Read and Interpret electronics and electrical Diagrams.
• Perform and/or assist with installation and modification of building equipment systems
• Perform and/or assist HVAC/R/mechanical/electrical/plumbing repair or Troubleshoot leaks (knowledge and experience of Brazing, Soldering) of Air Condition Conditioning units 10-50 TRs (Carrier; Zamil and York by Johnson controls) on pipes of package systems and carry out vacuum and recharge the system.
• Regular calibrating of settings of all thermostats and Air Velocity of all units of Carrier and Zamil Package type (10-50 TR)
