YACH CLUB HOTEL - EDITION (Technical Manager)
Project Summary:
The Jeddah EDITION situated on the corniche of Jeddah in the new Jeddah Yacht Club & Marina.
Electrical scope includes: GRMS, BMS, DALI Lighting, Power systems and Low current systems.
Brief of Tasks:
- Work with suppliers to finalize approvals as per project specs.
- Prepare & Review Technical Queries / Request for information and all related documents.
- Prepare Electrical shop drawings as per project specification and suppliers’ requirements.

LULU EXPRESS - ALRABIE CENTER

Project Summary:


This project is subsidiary to Alrabie center project located in Ground floor.
The new challenge here is to modify the existing MEP system to Meet LuLu requirement by adding power factor correction, chilled water system instead of the existing ducted split.

Brief of Tasks:

-Solve all technical issues and site obstacles resulting from the MEP modifications.

- Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.

- Study job specifications to determine appropriate MEP construction methods.

-Coordinate with LULU engineers to meet project requirement.

JABAL OMAR DEVELOPMENT PHASE III

Project Summary:


Execute MEP works in podium 300 which serving the 3rd phase of Jabal Omar includes 2166 (5 STARS) hotel rooms comprising the twin towers.
Electrical scope includes installations of 9.5 M.V. A Gen-Set for emergency load, LCP’s, MCC’s, MDB’s, BMS & Low Current systems)

Brief of Tasks:
-Supervise and direct a team of engineers and supervisors.
- Coordinate all activities within the engineering discipline stream for the project.

-Develop methods and procedure to improve efficiency of the discipline stream.

- Preparing Technical Queries / Request for information and all related documents.

- Ensure all documents and drawings are issued on time and site correction is captured in as built.

ALRABIE COMMERCIAL CENTER
Project Summary:
This project is a big commercial center with beautiful design, the building consists of six floors on an area of 8400
square meters located in Albalad Dist. next to Main Post Office.
Scope of Work:
Design and execute MEP works, electrical design was made according to modern specs including external
lighting (Smart metering system, fiber optic network ...etc.) with total load 7.5 MVA divided to 3 transformers

Brief of Tasks:
Verify daily, weekly and monthly progress of MEP activities.

-Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.

-Optimize costs through effective budget planning and management.

-Analyze all the problems affecting the progress and take corrective action for any deviation occurred.

-Give instructions to the site engineers about all matters related to the progress of works.

-Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints, or construction problems.

NORTH JEDDAH PUMP STATION (World’s deepest and third largest Pump Station)
Project Summary:
This Pump station is designed to Pump a future maximum flow of up to 1 Million m³ per day catering for flows from approx. 3 million people, the station consists of Screening Shaft, 42 meters Dia. with depth of 76 meters comprising of fully automated screenings removal, washing, compaction and transportation system. Pumping Shafts (2Nos.) each of 42 meters Dia. with depth of 76 meters each designed with 5 pump sets of capacity 2.2 m³/sec each, with 2.4 MW Variable Speed MV Drives.

Brief of Tasks:
- Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.

- Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods.

- Inspect completed installations and observe operations to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.

- Coordinate with the site engineers to meet the site requirement for materials, equipment and manpower.

ARAMCO JAZAN BULK PLANT
Project Summary:
This project is intended to upgrade the Jizan Bulk Plant Fire Alarm System to comply with latest Saudi Aramco Standard for Bulk Plants.
The project consists of two electrical substations, main fire station, admin, sales & operation buildings, gasoline &, diesel pump stations, marine.
Scope of work:
Replace the existing centralized conventional Fire Alarm System with MXL type distributed Fire alarm control panels that can accept the addressable type alarm initializing devices.
Brief of Tasks:
- Direct and supervise workers, electrical installation and T&C activities.
- Observe the progress in the field and check the conformity of the executed works to the required specifications.
- Obtain all necessary permits and licenses and follow up with ARAMCO engineers and supervisors to meet project requirement.
