* Docking scope definition, planning, organization and execution of all company rig fleet (i.e. NS Brava Star - Docking in Guanabara Bay, US$37 Million project, NS Laguna Star Docking in Guanabara Bay, US$33 Million project, SS Gold Star and SS Lone Star Docking in Guanabara Bay, US$25 Million project, NS Amaralina Star Docking in Guanabara Bay, US$30 Million project;
* Maintenance activities - top drive/DDM/Hydraracker/Hydratong, main engines, mud pumps, cranes, DP System, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, thrusters, etc.
* 5 year inspections and directly contact with class
Assist the Rig Manager with all subjects, mainly with regards to Equipments, Contract, Legislation, Regulations, Rig Performance, Asset, Personnel (approx. 150 people), meetings with client.
Ensure all certificates, Maintenance Plan/KPI´s and inspection program are updated and under controls.
Monitoring of rig correspondence ensuring information is acted upon accordingly.
Make sure management of change (MOC) process is followed, as per the company / statutory requirements.
Direct contact with Port Authorities, Pilots, Agencies, Brazilian Navy.
Coordinate maintenance and participation on jobs onboard SSV-Louisiana (4th Gen) and SSV-Victoria (6th Gen) - top drive/DDM (NOV, Aker), engines (CAT, Ruston, Wartsila), mud pumps (NOV), drawworks (MHWirth, NOV), cranes (Liebherr, Hydralift), DP System (Kongsberg), pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks.
Assistance in planning, organization and participation of SSV Catarina Wet Dock in Guanabara Bay (Rio de Janeiro-Brazil) on Apr/2019, 28 days, US$ 13 Million project (specially on 8 Wartsila thruster removal for dry tow vessel load in at Rio de Janeiro and load out at Indonesia - rig preparation for ENI contract)
Responsible for SSV-Louisiana Wet Dock in Aratu Navy Base (Salvador-Brazil) 2015/16/17, US$40 Million project. Rig out of contract and stopped (Warm Stacked) and rig preparation for ONGC India contract (Mar/17).
Assistance in planning, organization and participation of SSV Victoria Wet Dock in Guanabara Bay (Rio de Janeiro-Brazil) on Feb/2014, 24 days, US$ 17 Million project.
Coordinate SSV-Louisiana Wet Dock in Guanabara Bay (Rio de Janeiro-Brazil) on Sep/2013, 28 days, US$25 Million project.
Responsible for all modification projects for SSV-Louisiana and SSV-Victoria.
Management of project/equipments since the survey, design, manufacture, installation, commissioning and start-up.
Ensure the projects are delivered according to the specification and up dated drawings, P&ID, FAT, root cause analysis, etc.
Evaluate quotes, negotiation and specifications from suppliers, service-companies, workshops and shipyards.
Participation on API-Q2 and ISO-9001 implementation.
Maintenance Supervisor of the workshop (mechanical, hydraulic, painting, welding - approx. 30 technicians) for all ship equipments (i.e. hydraulic motors/pumps - Bosch Rexroth/Hagglunds, winches - ACE, cranes - Liebherr/Hydralift, pipelay tower - Huisman, cylinders, hydraulic units, ROV components, gearboxes, electric motors, metallic structures, compressors, etc).
Mechanic/Hydraulic tests, FAT and start-ups of all equipments, attendance and assigned certificates.
As built Projects (mechanic and metallic structures).
Preventive/Predictive Maintenance plan and job description review, control KPI´s, root cause analysis RCA and stoptime.
Execution to all Subsea7 ships stop maintenance/port calls at ports in Brazil (shutdowns, dry/wet dock, mob/demob). Specially Seven Mar, Seven Phoenix, Acergy Harrier, Kommandor 3000, Toisa Conqueror, Acergy Sabia, Acergy Condor.
Class/Flag pre audits onboard according with requirements/check list at Campos Basin and ports in Brazil (FPSO, FSO, SS, Fix)
Accompaniment surveyors during Class/Flag inspections.
RBI (Risk Based Inspection) plan analysis, chronograms elaboration and production negotiation based on quantity, areas and tanks to be inspected.
Inspection, project and repair in tanks, bulkheads, frames, stiffeners, stringer, since the survey, cut, welding, installation, NDT tests and acceptance, painting, according to Class requirements.
Life boats and FRC navigation and maintenance tests.
Direct contact with client, especially with class and statutory requirements, meetings and SIGAI contract negotiation (approx. US$ 3 Million/year)
Project inspector of the rigs FPSO P-33 and P-35 (all disciplines).
Project, comments, installation and start up (metallic structures and mechanics) for rigs (FPSO and SS´s) P-18, P-19, P-20, P-26, P-27, P-32, P-33, P-35, P-37 and P-47.
Accompaniment contracted chronograms, construction, assembly, welding, painting, installation equipments, etc.
Analysis of the new Projects/investments on the rigs (i.e. new lifeboats - economy of US$2, 5 Million)
Calculation and project of metallic structures for the rigs (FEA - SAP2000).
Chief/Leader of Industrial Maintenance - mechanic, electric, building, plumbing, welding, painting and assembly of equipaments (commissioning/decommissioning).
Installation, Commissioning, Preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance: centrifugal/vacuum pumps, simple/double mechanical seal (Burgmann, John Crane), electric motors, reactors (stainless steel and vitrified - Pfaudler/DeDietrich), gearboxes (SEW, Cestari, Brevini), exhaust system, air compressors (Atlas Copco, Wayne), ammonia compressors (Mycom, Sulzer, Carrier), boilers (Ata), mills, tanks, pressure vessels, valves, tubes, centrifuges, hydraulic units, chillers/heat exchangers, HVAC
Follow projects, construction, FAT, installation and start up of the equipments for the new process unit (Unit 200) and efluent treatment station (Unit 500).
Elaboration and presentation for CEO´s the new factory/equipments installation (i.e. new electric generator - economy of US$ 1 Million/year)
Elaboration job description of preventive/predictive maintenance and annual preventive/predictive maintenance plan for all equipments, stablish KPI´s, root cause analysis RCA.
Planning / execution of annual factory maintenance stop (negotiation with suppliers and factory)
