• Project managed and led a first of its kind co-branded contactless transit and financial smart card project worth AED22 million with Emirates National Bank of Dubai that resulted in the launch of the ENBD NOL Go4it and EIB RTA co-branded cards having 5 products with a 120, 000+ customer base generating AED10 million in yearly revenue.
• Project managed a network infrastructure project with a budget of over AED 6 million for Dubai’s nol card system with cross-functional teams of up to 25 consultants, system integrators, analysts and network specialists.
• Project managed a vulnerability assessment project for the NOL payment scheme
• Led teams across broad technical, financial and business disciplines. Focused teams on business objectives and tracked progress to ensure project milestones were completed on time, on budget and with the desired results.
• The role encompassed both project management and project support responsibilities like :
