• leading a strong team towards organizational and individual objectives.
• Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts.
• Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data. May develop specialized or competitive intelligence.
• Develop recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization, job board procurement, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, etc…
• Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization
• Identify future talent needs and proactively sourcing.
• Manage the recruitment process life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and initiate job offers / Employment Letters offers on SAP, up to the joining stage.
• Proactively, follow up with the internal processing team and overseas recruitment agencies for smooth and timely visa processing of selected candidates.
• Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms.
• Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
• Participate in employment events, such as career fairs, Overseas campaigns (Egypt & India & Pakistan & Philippines & Nepal)
• Use sophisticated applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software to track applicants through the selection phase to the on-boarding phase.
