• Daily checking of Inventory System and Single Batch Picking List printout.
• Checks all deliveries on site and matches them with purchase order.
• Creating Stock Codes in each of the Materials in the system.
• CAFM Administrator and equipment, asset tagging encoding for all the equipment on site.


Logistics and Warehouse Supervisor

• Ensuring all spares required for KATARA’s equipment are promptly ordered, stored and managed at the Spare Store.
• Ensuring stock is within the threshold level in the Enterprise Asset Manager (EAM) Inventory System. The stock threshold level should consider the lead- time required to procure the item.
• Always Maintaining the orderliness and cleanliness of the Spare Store.
• Receiving of materials and stock issuances.
• Checking of incoming deliveries against the Delivery Note and Purchase Orders for quality and conformance.
• Daily checking of the Inventory System and Single Batch Picking List printout.
• Ensuring that the storekeeper receives and signs out the printed Single or Batch Picking List.
• Ensuring quantities of parts are above the threshold quantity.
• Ensuring transactions are properly recorded and entered the EAM System
• Ensuring that every stock is properly identified and or named and that the EAM Inventory System is always updated.
• Capturing digital picture of each product stored in EAM.
• Ensuring a “last piece” sample is maintained for future product identifications.

• Responsible for stock transfer and handing over.
• Oversee store files and documents.
