To critically review and advise on best work practices in order to ensure that the Warehousing operations are operated efficiently and effectively and still maintaining on-going support to the various Supreme Group Operations. To review stock holding policy’s to ensure that the Items of supply are held at suitable levels in order to support on-going operations. To advise on redistribution and sale of Supreme Assets and inventory in line with the retrograde process’s and Operations drawdown.
• Selection of specific warehousing operations in order to critically assess and review operations.
• Record all data in order to support possible areas of improvement
• Evaluate all areas of the operation critically to ensure that operations are providing the most cost effective solutions in order to support the various operations.
• Develop workable solutions in order to provide cost effective warehousing solutions to the operations
• Implementation of developed solutions in a timely manner in order to provide the most cost effective solution with minimal delay and disruption to the on-going operations.
• Constantly review the Warehousing operations to ensure that developed and implemented solutions are maintained and improved upon where possible.
• Review demands in order to ensure that where possible items are distributed from current stock holdings to ensure that current stocks are utilized before external purchases are actioned.
• Provide recommendation / approvals for all purchases / sales of equipment
This position is the main liaison between the company and its customer. This position addresses any areas of concern and ensures that a favourable outcome is provided. The current customer is NATO. In this position I currently ensure that the provision and supply of fuel is adequate to support their largest operation currently underway.
