Assuring that the Method Statement and Risk Assessment presented are in accordance with the sequence of operations and meet Health and Safety criteria.
Inspection in charge for all Service Provider to ensure all requirements from PTW down to Operation sequence is complying all the necessary standards and specification
Organizing and developing a training module that will be disseminated and relayed to the operation team.
Issuing a non-compliance report for inadequate and non-project-specified operation procedures.
Over-all in charge in Quality Control and Quality Audit for entire project
Responsible in reviewing the standard requirements of a material to be submitted as per Project
requirements with respect to QCS and other standard as per scope of work
Responsible in reviewing drawings on standard location and typical detail with respect to dimension as
per approved material submittal
Ensure that the Inspection Test Plan (ITP) shall be in proper manner on installation details and inspection
sequence up to testing and commissioning of the project.
To secure and insure the proper inspection for all scope of work along with correct attachment that is
required to achieve an approval from consultant
Ensure good workmanship & correct material to be install while project is ongoing
Responsible issuing proper NCR and Site Observation to secure the quality of work will not be
compromise
Ensure the team is well informed for all the changes and requirements on site prior in deploying a team to
provide quality work on site
To review and release a proper clearance on a certain scope of work with respect of Inspection Request,
Material Inspection and completion of work
Provide a system where in Drawing Submittal, Method Statement, Work Progress and Final
Testing and Commissioning shall be in recorded and filed properly for handing over process will
be in a smooth operation.
Provide weekly and monthly report with respect on project progress in QA/QC scope of work

Attends QC Inspection Tours and system inspections
Ensure the report for daily inspection status and comments requiring correction/completion and quality
issues to the QA/QC Section Head and Manager.
Identification of non-conformances and other issues that may affect the works, and discuss/recommend
solutions with the construction team.
Practice and be aware of safety and environmental issues and comply as per the Project’s requirement.
Punch list Inspection/ Punch list verification using ZuTec data management system
Providing schedule per day and itinerary for the walkdown process to ensure that the handing over will
have quality inspection and time management is been implemented

Attends inspection of installation of Mechanical materials/equipment such as HVAC equipment, Plumbing,
Elevators, Escalators and Fire Protection Systems to ensure all are based on approved project standard and
specifications.
Witness and Inspection of Testing and Commissioning of all installed Mechanical works system and equipment.
Responsible for monitoring and preparation of daily, weekly and monthly mechanical works construction progress
reports.
Ensures all mechanical works records on quality, acceptance and completion certificates are complete and in
accordance with the project’s requirements standards.
Arrange / Coordinates Schedule of Activities of each contractor at site and ensure deadlines are meet.
Attend Technical, Coordination, QC and Safety meetings and ensure sites issues and concerns are tackled and
addressed.
Review and evaluation monthly contractor billings as current site progress and preparation of reports for client’s
approval.
