Work Profile:
Responsible for:
 Financial Planning, Analysis & Reporting - Including Cash flows, Budgets & Projections
 MIS - Weekly, Monthly, etc. Adhoc Reports and Variance Analysis
 VAT - Compliance, Controls and Return filing
 Accounts - GL, AR, AP, FA, Inventory, Finalisation and Division wise P&L
 Treasury - Daily Collection, Payables, Including entire Trade finance - LC, TR, LG, Discounting, etc.,
 Receivables - Including Credit Control and Credit Insurance
 Payroll - For entire group having 1, 200 employees, including Leave Salary, Final Settlement, Incentives
 Costing & Pricing - for all products including manufacturing items
 Internal Control - Review, Improvement and Implementation
 ERP - Customer, supplier, employees, item & accounts masters
 Liaising with Bankers, Insurers, ISO Auditors, External Auditors, some Suppliers and some Customers
 Managing a team of 12 direct subordinates and many cross functional associates

Training:
 Two days training on ISO Audit by Gcas Quality Certification, Dubai
 One day training on IFRS 9 and IFRS 15 by Deloitte, Middle East

Accomplishments:
 Designed, Implemented System and Process for UAE VAT Compliance
 Played a pivotal role in introducing medical facilities for labours
 One of the joint signatories for banking - trade finance transactions
 Single authorised person to release payments online
 Member of the team to upgrade accounting and payroll module of ERP to its latest version
