• the 63001-MEW Shuwaikh Power Station Project and 62009-KOC Construction of Flowline Work in North Kuwait. Additionally, my experience encompasses providing technical assistance for the scaffolding department, overseeing invoicing, timesheets, payment certificates, and supporting the project timekeepers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Senior Document Control for Oil and Gas Department:
• Lead the organization, maintenance, and tracking of crucial documents for the Oil and Gas Department Group I Projects Construction, adhering to industry standards and company protocols.
• Deploy and manage document control systems, facilitating reviews and distribution processes.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date records for all pertinent documentation. 2. Secretarial Support:
• Provide top-tier secretarial support to senior management, including drafting letters, transmittals, memo, calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
• Generate, edit, and review reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of senior executives, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
• Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism. 3. Administrative Tasks:
• Oversee general administrative functions, such as office supplies and office maintenance.
• Assist in organizing events, workshops, and meetings, ensuring seamless logistical coordination.
