General Manager; 60.000 square meters site landscape with 447 rooms. Responsible for all aspects of operations at the hotel Directs and coordinates hotels activities to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations, and maximize full potential with a balanced focus on hotel mission, guests, employees and owners satisfaction.
• Manage all activities of the property including employees, maintenance, sales, and profit/loss controls. Set goals, motivate/ discipline employees; perform labor expense control, control of general expenses and resolve guest-related issues in accordance with the company goals.
• Represent the Resort Hotel in various trade events and exhibition. Implements all sales action plans related to my market areas as outlined in the marketing plan.
• Monitor and assist to implement Marketing & Sales department all sales action plans when required and developing with strong sales prospects. Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.
• Established to provide quick and timely responses, immediate communication to the agencies, develop professional long term business.
