RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Prepare, submit & control the planning package for the Oil & Gas EPC projects.
The planning package includes the following;
• Project Scheduling in P3 & P6.
• ‘S’ curves (Overall, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Pre-commissioning & Commissioning)
• Manpower Histogram.
• Equipment deployment plan.
• PMS (Progress Measurement Sheet).
• List of Engineering deliverables.
• Procurement Register showing Planned, Actual & Forecast dates for all project materials in stages.
• Invoicing method.
• Reporting method and contents.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
• Executing the project work at the KNPC - 3 Refinery sites.
• Liaison with Client - Kuwait National Petroleum Company.
• Project Planning using Primavera & MS Project.
• Attending coordination and progress meetings for tank maintenance works.
• Progress Monitoring.
• Preparing Daily Progress Report.
• Effectively utilizing the manpower resource, & the Equipment.
• Supervision of all tank maintenance works.
• Field supervision of daily maintenance activities for all associated works in tank repair.
• Completion of the work strictly as per the Schedule.
• Preparation of measurement sheets, reports and invoices.
• Conducting survey in various fields of tank maintenance activities for expedited job execution and to ensure in time work progress.
• Implementing & Adopting Safety Norms as per KNPC Std, & Specification.
• Allocating manpower, equipment, and the material at the site.

• Planning and co-ordination for various projects.
• Attend progress review and co-ordination meeting with client.
• Progress monitoring of various projects.
• Arranging manpower, equipment, tools & tackles.
• Project Planning, Scheduling and Control.
• Co-ordination between the various departments involved.
• Preparing Daily Progress Report.
• Manpower planning for various maintenance activities.
• Follow-up of the regular maintenance activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
• Started as a trainee in Tank Maintenance works at Mumbai Refinery.
• Initially worked at site and involved in maintenance activities.
• Eventually shifted to planning and involved with progress updating, reports, invoicing etc.
• House captain of inter-school team. • Member, Inter School Basketball Team – Bhavans Vidya Mandir. • Participated and won prizes for Youth Festival. • Participated in Inter School Sports Meet – Bhavans Vidya Mandir. • Member- Nature Club. • Participated and won prizes for drawing competition.
