- Project Management Professional with Solid technical background with understanding and Proven working experience in project management and design.
- Assist in the definition of concept, project brief, business case, scope, milestones, objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility and review of Contract Documentations.
- Coordinate, verify and follow up for design drawings, documents and vendors submitted by contractors or consultants for the project.
- Understanding of all relevant practising international codes & standards for electrical projects such as BS, IEC, IEEE and prepare comprehensive project documents like specifications, quality plan and procedure, ITP, checklist.

- Adept in carrying out design of electrical systems, cable sizing, routing, substation layouts including MCC and switchgear panel, LV power distribution systems, design of lighting systems.
-Entrusted with the accountability of verifying and reviewing the Electrical design, MEP systems, conceptual and shop drawings SLD, LV/MV Panel, fire alarm system and fire suppression systems -Inergen, Foam, CCTV, Public address, access control and telephone systems.
-Managing contractors, subcontractors and coordinating with consultants for design, review and inspection of Electrical design MEP system drawings and site installations.
-Validating Inspection requests and certifying progress payments.
-Attending work progress, Site visits and site quality audits, technical coordination meetings.
-Witness system testing and commissioning as approved ensure satisfactory system performance.
-Operation & maintenance manual review and approval.
-Preparing engineering drawings, layouts, diagrams, technical specifications, entrusted with the accountability of verifying and reviewing the construction drawings P&ID, ILD, SLD, LV/MV Panel and preparing cable schedule.
-Managed inspection for installation of field mounted instruments, Junction boxes, Local control panels.

-Design and selection of transformers, cable calculations, substation layout, switchgears, Generators etc.
-Preparation of power Load list, SLD, Equipment layout diagram, cable schedule, control schematic diagram.
-Perform site survey for the following Activities: Cable Trench/Trays, Lighting & Substation Equipment Layout Mark-ups preparations. Preparation of single line diagram, layout diagram for sub-station, calculation of load schedule, Electrical conduit lay out Inspection.
-Involved in preparation of Drawing’s Red Line Mark-up Like Instrument Index, P&ID review, I/O schedule, data sheets, DCS / Analyzers specifications, loop diagrams, hook-up drawings, wiring drawings, panel layouts, control layout, grounding diagrams and termination drawings, cause & effect diagram, instrument layout drawings, vendor documents review and vendor documentation.
-Responsible for total DEPOT equipment design works in main Depot Buildings (General Maintenance Building, Main Substations, Signaling and communication, Yellow Plant Facility, Provisioning facility, Wheel lathe, Wagon wash, Pump house, 33KV and 11 KV substations etc.)
-Following up with Sub contractors (Dodsal, Ansaldo, Al Futtaim, Tyco, SALCHEF), and coordinating with PMC (AECOM, PARSONS).
-Responsible raising RFI, FCR, NCR. Carrying Internal / Pre- Inspection prior to forwarding it to Consultant & Client for group Inspection and their acceptance of ITR.
-Inspection and supervision of the Installation of field mounted instruments, Junction Boxes, Local Control Panel, Cable Tray, Panels inside the control room, PAGA system such as Push Button, Horn & Beacon. Supervision of Cable laying, glanding & termination, Insulation Resistance Test and Continuity Check for Instrument Cables & Power Cables.
-Installation of Indoor Substations, 33kv, 11kv, Installation of Transformers75KVA, 125KVA, 250KVA, Bus Duct, Low voltage and High voltage switch gear panels, Pad mounted Transformer (PMT’s), Switching stations. Installation and Testing of RTU panels, RMU.
-Installation of EOT cranes, Vertical Jack. HVAC Control panels, Fire dampers, fire pump.
- BMS wiring, CBS (central Battery system) wiring, Installations and structured cabling inside buildings.
-Supervising MV and LV cable laying (Buried and Trench), Cable testing, Witness authority for FAT.
Monitor & supervise the site Electrical & Instrument construction / Pre-commissioning activity to ensure that the quality of work carried out in accordance with Project Specification and approved international standard of the company.
Ensure the discipline punch list are created for Inspection Hold point and completed before the requirement, clearing the punch list.
Coordination with Client on all aspects of inspections.
Maintain all updated standard, procedures, drawings, data and logbook of RFI status for conducting internal and external audit with client. Finally coordinate with supervisor / engineer to prepare documentation for MCC after major punch items sign off by client.
Perform Inspection for Installation / mechanical completion of Electrical system, LV power distribution, power panel, MCC, LV/MV Switch gear, Power panel, Junction boxes, Lighting fixture, Receptacle, transformer, UPS, cable tray etc.
Perform Inspection of cable glanding & termination and witnessing the continuity, IR test of LV power / Instrument Signal cable, HIPOT test of MV cable, CAT-6 Cable testing using LAN tester.
Testing of RTU, RM6, and Transformers from 75KVA, 125KVA, 250KVA, IR, HI-POT, VECTOR GROUP, and Mechanical protection devices.
Reviewing the Instrument Loop packages and witnessing Instrument Loop check.
Witnessing electrical testing Circuit breaker, motor no load and load testing and pre- commissioning of Electrical panel, power distribution panel, switch rack, Indoor/ outdoor lighting, function and Illumination test of Normal, Emergency lighting system.
Review of final as built drawing prior to submission to client.
Carried out period check of trip loops and status confirmation, simulation & verification in PLC and SCADA system. Cause & Effect matrix verification, Perform FAT with Vendor.
Responsible for Completion of electrical, instruments, regarding all punch out of the systems and Compilation, Review & Acceptance of Quality Dossiers at site and Certification Packages from Vendors/subcontractors & handing over of Project documentation to Customer.
Monitoring the contractor Progress activities, Inspection and test plans relating to construction.
Operation and Maintenance Experience:
1. Execution of all shutdown, start up, commissioning, troubleshooting activities of imported process automated machines, fully fledged maintenance, commissioning and 2.development co-ordination of instruments and control systems in effluent water treatment projects.
3.Maintenance team lead of Electrical & Instrumentation Engineers and contract employees.
4.Motors (HV / LV), Variable frequency drives (VFD) & Soft Starters.
5.Configuring and faults diagnosis of PLC, SCADA, RTU, Profibus Communication, Analysers and Control Loops.
6.Installation, calibration and loop checking of field instruments.
7.Designing, Implementing and Commissioning of new control loops as per site requirements, Review of control philosophy, P&I diagrams, cause & effect diagrams, instruments list, flow chart.

9.Trouble shooting & Programming of Siemens Simatic S7-300, HMI, Micrologix & Drives.

3.Approving Authority in factory acceptance test (FAT) and site acceptance test (SATs) for Control panels of Reverse Osmosis, Ultra filtration and Nano filtration, and Biological treatment system projects.
4.Responsible for technical bid evaluations compliance with standards.
5.Leverage skills and ability in conducting commissioning of E & I equipments during Brown Field Project activities.
6.Responsible for evaluating and approving modifications to existing equipment and approving for new project equipment
Coordinate with third party for the preparation & implementation of internal and external project.
7.Control the risks by the interfaces, Lessons Learnt inputs, Reviews (HAZID, HAZOP, Layout, Risk, Value and their closures), technical questions (TQs), third party design verification and Operations Assurance Plan
Erection & Commissioning Experience:
1.Complete erection and commissioning of PLC driven heavy Italian machineries of water, waste water treatment and other process automation control panels.
2.Planning and implementing additional control loops as per site requirements.
3.Design modification, implementation and commissioning automatic control systems according to site requirement.
4.Calibration of temperature control system, calibration of transmitters PT, LT, TT, (Emerson Rosemount, Endress & Hauser, and Siemens).
5.Parameterization of Variable frequency Drives (VFD).
6.Performing Factory acceptance test (FAT) and site acceptance test (SAT).
7.Organising final minutes of meeting and drafting Commissioning reports.
