•Rigs Contractor Operations Manager;
• Manage the overall rigs operations and requirement (parts, equipment, services…etc) with the most reasonable expenditure as per the well-known practical save and safe mode raising the desired profit margin.
•Manage and optimize rigs operations (from both operators and contractors’ points of views leading to smooth operations.
• Construct the required market visibility studies to guarantee the desired reasonable market share for the rigs saving the highest safe working time.
•Put the practical required short- and long-term plan and vision for both rig and crews to meet the most desired client’s operations requirements.
•Put and participate in the whole techno-commercial vision for the overall services in such away securing the best performance
•Manage and optimize the required PMs avoiding the unplanned sudden stop.
•Manage and optimize the drilling practice based on the most professional rig contractors criteria raising the competency level into the drilling services zone.
•Put, follow and participate in the required training matrix guaranteeing the highest KPI record as whole and compared with other competitors.
•Manage and participate in the required practical plans to keep the LTI record at the most professional level.
•Manage and participate in the desired process of dues collections securing the most accepted cash flow for the rigs drilling services as whole.
•Manage and direct to perform technical calculations required to carry out operations for day to day work bases.
•Directed crews’ responsible persons on charge (SI, TP, etc) and multiple vendors for all drilling and well operations
•Manage and review drill logs, fuel logs, time sheets, audits/inspections on drills and equipment, JSA's and conduct safety audits.
