Supervise Sales Representatives during operation
Assisting the Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating team
Giving direction to the team to achieving targets and company goals
Dividing tasks and guide employers
Create monthly, weekly and daily reports and schedule of the team
Handle customer issues, resolution and communicate escalated issues
to the Sales Manager
Responding incoming- outgoing phone calls
Schedules dining reservations and arranges of parties or special services ( fashion show, conference, meeting ext.)
Greeting guests. Taking reservations
Following up on the guest courtesy and handling the guest complains
Inspects dining room serving stations for neatness and cleanliness
Assisting in planning menus
