JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Manage existing clients and meet up with new clients.
• Plan promotional activities.
• Ensuring customers satisfaction and delight at all the times.

• Coordination with Logistics and Production team on smooth account operations.

Bread boutique is a Fresh/Frozen bread manufacturer with an annual turnover of 10million. I am handling their UAE’s Distribution to most prominent HORECA (ELR/Binhendi/Jumeirah etc..), responsible for the sales budget/increase/customer satisfaction with a sales team of 5. Am responsible in increasing their current sales to 25% since the time I shortly joined.
Advanced Baking Concept or Probake is the first frozen bread and pastry manufacturer of its kind in the GCC located in Dubai which specializes in providing cost effective quality bakery solutions based on fresh-from-frozen to the food industry.
I am currently handling a large client base ranging from Hypermarkets/Coffee Shop chains/Hotels/C Store.
Managing Client Base- ENOC, IKEA, ABELLA, LULU, Sheratons, Rotana, Geant.
Meet new clients and maintain existing clients.
Listing SKU’s, and do the micro management to the product availability and visibility.
Ensure availability and increase visibility share of each product segment at outlet
Plan promotional activities for hypermarkets.
Responsible for achieving monthly target and 20% growth annually.
Trouble shooting whenever required by the client and catering to customer complaints

Prepare sales forecast and budgeting.
Coordination with Logistics and Production team on a daily basis.
Provide weekly schedule of planned activities report/ Competition activities.
