 Responsible for supervising the Technical Inspectors, Leads, Mechanics and Tool room/Bench stock Clerks.
 Supervised more than 150 Mechanics, 10 Lead Mechanics 30 Senior Mechanics
 Accounted for all government and company property in excess of $1, 627, 458.00.
 Established deadlines and priorities based on general work schedules and methods/policies established by higher levels of supervision.
 Conducted daily, and weekly meetings with subordinates to review the status of operational requirements and other matters that pertained to the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
 Provides guidance and assistance to subordinates on practices and procedures employed, quality, and work expected.
 Effectively manage the priority of maintenance flow into the shop by the use of the Maintenance Management Report (MMR).
 Coordinates work of section with other agencies. Initiates or participates in the review and improvement of work methods and organizational features to achieve optimum efficiency. Provides leadership and guidance consistent with and in support of the branch’s missions. Responsible for scheduling leaves, maintaining time and attendance records, counseling employees on minor problems, resolving minor problems and complaints, and making recommendations on appraisals, promotions, awards and discrepancy actions.
 Ensured compliance with safety, fire prevention, occupational health regulations directives, and laws.
 Received, stored and utilized to include ensuring the proper safeguarding, issuing and controlling in accordance with governing directives.
 Able to develop productive relationships with colleagues, customers and staff at all levels Excellent knowledge of principles and practices of employee supervision, including work planning, assignment and review and the training of staff in work procedures.
 Monitoring and participating in operations in assigned sections including inspecting projects, developing and implementing modifications and improvements, recommending specifications and scheduling for contracts, negotiating prices, and inspecting contractor's work to ensure that safe work practices and standard operating procedures are followed.
 Inspected work in progress to ensure that in conformed to contract specifications and adhered to established work schedules.
