Plus to the IVMS Coordinator tasks as scheduler providing both light and heavy vehicles fleet to clients requests via SharePoint.
IVMS (In Vehicle Monitoring System) Units track many different types of activity within a vehicle such as GPS Position, Various inputs such as seatbelt and 4x4 engagement, Speed, Impact/Rollover, Harsh events (acceleration and deceleration, usually performed by a Triaxial Accelerometer) over revving, excess idle time and much more.
- Prepare and Produce weekly and monthly IVMS reports on the events for Company and Company Contractors.
- Scoring RAG Report and nominate the best Company Driver.
- Tracking Company Vehicles online.
Follow up events to individually and report.
- Report all accidents/Incident and near miss.
- Coordinate with IVMS Supplier (Restrata) and rectify need of system.
- Coordinate and follow up with Company Contractors for monthly IVMS Reports.
- Monitor thru IVMS system hazards and black sport.
- Support and work together with Journey management team.
• Responsible for all the IT networks in various locations in Iraq
• Designed and implemented new technologies
• Designing wireless networks in various locations for Olive Group

• Managing 5 staff to ensure all tasks completed
• Recording all fault and repair logs

• Responsible for all purchasing of I.T and communications equipment for Olive Group
• Experienced in all HF, VHF, VSAT, Thuraya, IVMS and other in-car systems
• Regular audits of all projects
• Assisted with the setup of BSOC and installed all IT Equipment

• Provision of all MS Excel spreadsheets for accounts and budgets for projects.
• Responsible for progress of projects, absentees, monitoring the internet network and also computer maintenance and troubleshooting.
Installation and maintenance of local networks and dealing directly with customers.
Working with office equipment, spare parts dealing directly with customers for repair damage and replacement.
