2. Float FQ’s, which includes technical and commercial requirements and guidelines to the Suppliers.
3. Follow-up for receipt of technical offers and coordinates for TQ clarifications.
4. Review of Technical offers for completeness.
5. Arrange Technical Clarifications meeting to complete Technical Evaluation.
6. Conduct commercial evaluation of offers.
7. Short-listing of suppliers for commercial evaluation.8. Negotiate Commercial Terms & Conditions & Prepare Award Recommendation.
9. Follow up for the acceptance of the PO, Manufacturing Plan & Vendor Documents.
10. Follow-up for the necessary deliverables, Drawings and documents from suppliers.
11. Continuous Monitoring of dispatches from suppliers works to Project warehouse.
12. Coordination with Logistics for timely and smooth scheduling of collection, freight forwarder.
13 Vessels, Flights, Custom clearance, Duty exemption and fast and safe delivery of goods to project warehouse.
14. Expediting from European Suppliers.

•Handling inviting tenders, preparing comparative statement for International suppliers
•Coordination with Project Management team for approval of drawings, QAP and vendor pre qualification documents from clients.
