NATURE OF WORK (PROJECT/COORDINATOR/SITE ENGINEER)
❖ Structural work (rebar and shuttering) execution and inspection.
❖ Daily work allocation based on work schedule.
❖ Work force Distribution Based on Critical work Schedule.
❖ Manhole chamber construction/STP Construction works (only civil works)
❖ Every week work program preparation, resource planning with site manager
❖ Weekly review of Progress & reports of daily progress works.
❖ Close follow up with clients & consultants to resolve the problems and getting approval
❖ Overall co-ordination with sub agencies for getting works done and solves the issues.
❖ MEP co-ordination works.
❖ Work inspections as per approved drawings and details.
❖ Preparation of Sub-contractor progress meeting and resolve the problems.
❖ Shop drawing monitoring and coordination with draftsman
❖ Block work, tile, marble, plastering, painting work execution and inspection.
❖ Sub agency bill preparation.
❖ Attending Co-ordination & WCR meetings.
❖ Execution of Structural steel works ( Sky garden & Connecting bridge works)
❖ Quantity calculation by using Auto CADD.
❖ Preparation of indent for material purchase.
