Supply Chain Operations
•Developing long-term partnerships with local & outstation suppliers, managing day-to-day supplies performance of vendors to ensure meeting of service, cost, delivery and quality norms.

•Project 1 # Cycle Time Reduction for RFQ Data Validation VBA Macro, in which supplier’s quotation details are validated through Macro and emphasis on reducing human intervention and time saving. Helps the users to take quick decisions on invalid data for supplier quires.
•Project 2 # Reports Automation for MDM Americas team, Site specific 18 reports are automated through VBA Macro with huge saving of 2 HC. All the manual work of receiving data source, Analyzing & consolidation with the final output was automated to Generate respective dashboard using input files and draft email with dynamic inputs.
•Project 3 # Skill Matrix dashboard to evaluate the employee performance by calculating the efficiency & skill sets which helps Team leads to understand the employee’s overall performance with objectivity goals defined.
Project 4 # Alternate Channel dashboard is projected to top management about agent performance, volume and important metrics on daily basis. With input from different sources, consolidating into single file and providing different outputs based on the requirement for 8 different sites. Saved 1 HC through this automation with accuracy and OTD.
Excel
•Responsible for SDLC phases, from specifications, coding through deployment, testing, debugging, documentation, and maintenance
•Extensively use Excel functions in development, focusing on read/write integration to databases.
•Leads the development of advanced Excel based applications and dashboards using Excel VBA
