Responsible for the management of successful completion of HR Operations process(s) such as Recruitment, On-boarding, Off-boarding, Employee Lifecycle Management spread across Middle East & Africa region (UAE, Doha, Bahrain, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, South Africa and Egypt). Ensure people, structures, processes and systems are aligned to deliver key objectives efficiently and effectively.
Ensure Manpower requirements are consistently met while adhering to Project milestones. Coordinate with Project Managers, HR Personnel, and Business Heads across EMEA regions to ensure process not limited to recruitment, onboarding, off boarding process are followed within the framework of HR Policies & Company Policies and Procedures.
Manage shortlisting and screening of CV’s, conduct interviews, pre-employment assessment test, evaluation of candidates based on test results, salary negotiations with selected candidates and involved in decision making of selection of candidates in coordination with Line Managers.
Maintain & update Recruitment Trackers and provide weekly reports to HR Manager and Head of Project Department.
Attending recruitment meetings with Senior Management (HR Head, Project Managers, and Department Heads).
Work closely with Business Heads and Project Managers to understand requirement of vacant positions in order to recruit appropriate candidates and achieve timely successful closing of vacant positions.
Ensure new hire joining formalities (employee visas, medical insurance, induction programme) are met efficiently across our offices in MEA region to enable a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Regular liaison with our HR personnel, Project Managers and Business Heads located at our Branch offices and Joint Venture (JV) Companies across MEA region to ensure all stages of employee life cycle are maintained as per HR and Company Policies and Procedures.
Update and Implement HR Manual, Policies & Procedures in accordance with our Company Policies & Guidelines.
Handle employee resignations, terminations and conduct exit formalities. Coordination of visa cancellation, retrieval of company assets where applicable, ensure IT access has been disabled.
Proactively and effectively manage all employee related concerns and service related issues, while liaising with HR Manager accordingly.
Provide support to finalize respective department’s performance reviews and provide guidance and feedback to Department Managers and Heads of Departments accordingly.
Maintain high standards of accuracy, timeliness and quality to ensure compliance with Company Policies & Procedures.
Work closely with Finance Team to ensure release of monthly salary payments, final settlement payments, salary advances, expense claims are processed successfully while maintaining 100% error free closing of Monthly Payroll.
Manage employee database of 400 plus employees across MEA region, and work closely with HR teams to maintain confidentially and accuracy of employee database.
Travel across MEA region to our office of operations as per operational requirements.
Successfully organized and hosted the Company Conference Meet - MEA Event, held in October 2018.
