Plant Capacity and Major Equipments.
Capacity: 427 MW power and 20 MIGD Water. Equipments: Two Nos.V94.2 Ansaldo Gas Turbines,
1 No. 220MW ABB Steam Turbine, 2 Nos. Ansaldo Boilers and 3 Nos Hitachi Zosen Multi Flash
Desalination Plant (Capacity of the total water production is 20 MIGD).
Work Involved.
Joined Construction Phase and involved for inspect all equipment construction and prepare
Nonconformance report and arrange meeting and coordinate with Desalination EPC Contractor M/S
Hitachi Zosen and Power facility EPC contractor M/S Enel Power and resolve the issues and build a best
plant. After completed COD joined Maintenance team and involved Maintenance jobs of the Steam
Turbine and Steam Turbine auxiliaries, overhauling off all equipments in the Open and Combined cycle
Boiler, and Operation and maintenance of Gas Turbine and Gas Turbine auxiliaries.
Procurement of the spare parts in the mechanical equipments, Startup, shut down & Operation of the
Desalination Plant equipments, Preparing of the complete year man power and spare parts Budget etc.
Complete maintenance jobs in the Desalination plant & Equipments (Large type of Vertical & Horizontal
Pumps, Valves, inspection and rectification of the Desalination plant performance etc.)
Plant Capacity and Major Equipments.
Total Capacity of the plant is 1000MW Power and 80 MIGD Water.
Two Nos. of Frame 9E Gas Turbines, 2 Nos. Frame 6 Gas Turbines, 2 Nos. Frame 5 Gas Turbines, 4 nos.
40MW Steam Turbines, 4 Nos. 70 MW Steam Turbines, 6 Nos Multi Flash Desalination Plant and 2 Nos
Multi Effect Desalination Plants.
Work Involved:
Responsible for the repairing, dismantling and the assembling of Globe valves, Gate Valves, Butterfly
Valves, Needle Valves, Safety Valves etc. also repairing of F.D fans, Gear boxes and Air Handling Units,
Feed Water Pumps, Coolers, and all type of
Work Involved:
Responsible for the repair, dismantling/assembling, reconditioning of Hydraulic
Cylinders, Hydraulic Motors, Hydraulic & Pneumatic Valves, Hydraulic Pumps and power packs.
Responsible for the manufacture at Hydraulic house & installation of Hydraulic Pipes and Hydraulic
Valves.
Also working in Machine Operation, Gas Cutting and Alignment of Pump and Motor
And Gear Boxes etc.
6). Worked as a Mechanical& Hydraulic foreman in
Manufacturing of Hydraulic and Pneumatic cylinder. Hydraulic and Pneumatic power pack units.
