Deutz Warranty Program: Handling warranty issues from receiving customer complaints to final rectification. The process includes examination, identifying the damage pattern and processing the claim to principle deutz, carring out rectification works under the program and claim settlements.
As service in charge coordinate and guide the workshop teams, the activities includes scheduling and monitoring, site works, service jobs in the workshop. Service job includes from minor trouble shooting to major overhauling of all Deutz engines.
Supervision of assembly of generators from 30kva to 500Kva.
Imparting training to the major end users and OEM on Deutz engines.
Responsible for service, maintenance, trouble shooting and major overhauling of Deutz engine.
Installation, Estimation, Designing, Testing, Commissioning and Troubleshooting of Diesel generators.
Programming of modules Deep Sea Electronics modules.
Our major Clients are Dnata, ETISALAT, Atlas Telecom and UAE Defense.
