RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACHIEVEMENTS
• The focus of this role is on Material Management & Logistics support for Drilling routine and few months for LPG operations, Projects which was involved Warehouse management utilizing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), and SAP ERP.
• Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
• Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse activities.
• Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
• Communicating and coordinating with the supply chain dept. and reporting discrepancies.
• Generating purchase proposals based on stock levels on a periodic basis by utilizing CMMS and SAP.
• Managing goods receipt, incoming inspection, handling, storage & preservation.
• Managing Material issuance, retrieval, stocks accounting.
• Managing inventory auditing, closing & reporting.
• Ensuring compliance with all HSSE requirements & MSDS specifications for Materials
• handling & preservation.
• Supervising minor maintenance, sanitation & housekeeping of warehouse.
• Purchase requisition validation/verification in coordination with the requester, guiding users to
• prepare standard purchase requisition for efficient procurement.
• Preparing & issuing monthly & annual stock balance reports.
• Maintain of the invoice, PO, Packing list, certificates and all transaction-related document in the internal database system
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACHIEVEMENTS
• Redesigning and creating highly efficient warehousing, inventory management, and tracking, product categorizing, incoming and outgoing system, withy easily trackable and usable processes.
• Coordinating and monitoring Logistics operations
• Supervision of all rig materials and logistics activities.
• Supervising OPF logistical needs, camp maintenance, generator maintenance, diesel supplies through proper and punctual coordination with related staff at OPF and the camp Boss.
• Develop and communicate plans for the safe and efficient backloading & unloading of trucks.
• Monitor usage, infield transfers and returns of all third-party properties and equipment with keeping acknowledged about all their material movement duly
• Controlling inventory, warehouse stock in and out
• Maintenance of comprehensive and accurate records of materials manifests and logistics activities.
• Preparing 7 days lookahead and provide notice for future requirements to service providers on all well equipment and operating resource requirements and timings.
• Supervising and monitoring camp management team
• Monitor usage, infield transfers, and returns of all third-party property and equipment.
• A weekly report of Materials in and out, Material consumption, Visitors, Catering, Waste management, and Vehicle Service, and Mobilization.

• Sales data collection, interpretation of market data trends and figures
• Empowerment and encouragement of Samsung partners, wholesalers, and retailers

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACHIEVEMENTS
• Responsible for keeping the MNR (Ministry of Natural Resources) incoming and outgoing letters, tracking and archiving with high efficiency.
• Controlling, monitoring the TELs (Tax Exemption Letters), all related formalities of supply chain processes of company import and export.
• Preparation scope of work for new admin operational contracts and participation in selection and procurement.
• Departmental financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Travel requisitions and monitor the whole employee traveling process including ticketing, visa, hotel reservation, and reporting.
• Hospitality and Stationery store supervision and distribution.
• Lease agreements and house maintenance services.
• Supervision of office and house maintenance and cleaning services.
• Residency, visa issuance, and renewal for ex-pats.
• Monitoring, supervising and systemizing generators maintenance and diesel supply at field and HO
• Company’s fleet report and supervision.
• Standardizing and establishing a new user-friendly procedure for TEL and tracking database.
• Creating a new traveling procedure and processes.
• The developing process of archiving and documentation.
• Maintaining a good relationship with all oil services and other service suppliers with high communication efficiency and understanding
