Head of IT operations and user support

Standard activities are related to Core banking system support and maintenance, help desk, product development, project management, reporting, access control management etc.

Main responsibilities are team organization and supervision, project management, reporting, coordination between bussines sectors, external vendors, auditors, compliance with group standards and law amendments/decisions, budget planning, HR related activities (recruitment, apprisals, conflict mng, treinings, etc), follows local law regulations and best IT practice. Member of IT project steering commitee.

Highlighs/achivements: Participation in manny projects mostly related to core banking system and banking services upgrades and customizations (e.g. new services, new products, reporting etc), compliance with local or group IT standards, procedures and polices. Implementation of National bank of Serbia regulations related to IT system management standards, the Group integration projects (centralization of services, decentralizations, datawarehouse, documentary system, AML, etc). Participation in major IT implementations (e.g. Migration/Upgrade of core banking system, DR site, BCP etc)

Team leader responsible for software development, maintenance and support core bank system related with retail businnes and payment cards.

Main responsibilities are team management, project management, bussines analyst, software development, treining, coordination with stakeholders, etc.

Highlighs/achivements: Development of core banking system front and back office module (Java web based platform) for retail bussines including current accounts, deposits, payment cards etc. Leading developer in manny projects e.g. AML, KYC, Card processor integration, teller payment machine integration(TCR), Reporting system, Datawarehouse, data migrations etc.

Main responsibilities are software development, maintenance for core bank systems related with retail businnes and payment cards (front and back office).

Highlighs/achivements: Development of core banking system(Java web based platform) for retail bussines including current accounts, deposits, payment cards etc. Leading developer in manny projects e.g. basic front office operations with accounts and payment cards, massive back office operations (account statesment, email customer service, interest calculations, card files) etc...

Main responsibilities is local technical support and maintenance of the local IT systems, network infrastructure, servers, workstations, core banking system etc
