• Provide the customers with the following products and services:
(Telex transfers, Demand Drafts, Instant Transfer within UAE, Western Union Money Transfer, Cash Express, Online Remittance, Bill Payment Collections, Cash Advance against Major Credit Cards, National Bonds, etc)
• Deal with all customer complaints and find suitable solutions and follow up such complaints with Head Office
• Knowledgeable in Anti Money Laundering (AML) rules and policies
