Responsible for a royal, ladies and VIP events as a supervisor, coordination and operation manager. Been involved in a project F1 Abu Dhabi 2011, Mubadala World Tennis championship 2011, reception for German president in a Abu Dhabi chamber, private dinner parties in Sheik palace, staff canteens in “Teaching” and “Monte Carlo beach club “.
For past 2 month in charge supervisor for staff canteen in new opened “Sofitel” hotel in Abu Dhabi.

Hiring, firing and training employees, organisation and communications with customers. Plan events and coordinate staff. Maintain high standard of service and consistently monitor improvement of overall operation. Company was involved in connecting caterers, interior designers, florists, musicians, restaurants with a goal to bring all customers ideas and wishes to reality .
During that period spent 1 month in Greece and 2 months in Cyprus working on several projects for foreign customers.

During two years was involved in whole F&B operation of Buffet restaurant, room service and traditional service, formal dinning rooms, Italian restaurants, steak house, catering pass around service etc. with international guest Worldwide on a cruise ships with capacity of 2500-3500 pacs.
