The King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) is anticipated to be the largest financial district in the Middle East and a strategic development for the city of Riyadh. The site is approximately 1.6 million square meters and the development is expected to have floor space of over 3.0 million m². The Financial District will be the headquarters for the Capital Market Authority, the Tadawul Stock Exchange, major financial institutions and mixed use development with 150 Towers of between 15 and 65 Floors. Buildings uses included hotels, leisure attractors, museums, retail facilities, offices, residential accommodation, centralized car parking data centers and infrastructure including monorail with stations, city metro station, roads, bridges, district cooling, water tanks and pump stations, automatic refuse transfer system as well as district cooling and main electrical substations

Responsibilities:
Management and coordination of work of site supervision consultants and contractors to ensure that interfaces of public domain utilities and roads are installed in parallel with Building construction.

The development includes roads, drainage, utilities, sewage treatment plant and elevated water tank, 5, 950 residential villas, mosques, kindergartens, elementary, intermediate and secondary schools, retail centers, clinics, civil defense, police station, public library, sports fields, gardens, etc. Project value SAR 7.2B for Phase 1 villas and Infrastructure.

Responsibilities/Tasks: Responsible for design, procurement, planning, claims and construction management of this design and build project; Client reporting and relations.

Project Description: Design of two new explosive storage buildings and gun shop for preparation of charges for blasting for oil extraction. ARAMCO/Kuwait Oil - Upgrade of Heliport Facilities
Project Description: Design of two bay helicopter maintenance hangar with offices and workshops, refueling facility, refueling helipad and taxiway. Project value SAR 45M.
Responsibilities/Tasks: Responsible for design management of the upgrade and expansion projects, liaising with Security and Safety Consultants, Bidding Document Preparation; Client reporting and relations.
