MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS. (PNEUMATIC AND ELECTRONIC INSTRUMENTATION)
BUILDING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (BMS)
•Handling of BMS working station designed by Johnson control
•Maintaining relative humidity, temperature and pressure in all areas of the plant both manually and automatically.
•Maintenance of all AHU (Air Handling Unit) sensors, pressure switches, actuators, control valves, DDC panels, audio flashers and LDU’s in all the areas of the plant.
•To maintain the necessary records of BMS trends and reports and to all the necessary documentation for BMS related equipment’s on daily basis as per requirement of CPMP.
•Handling of AHU’s, Dust collectors, Ventilations.
•Handling of D.O.P testing of AHU filters.
•Handling of HVAC systems
CALIBRATION AND SERVICES.
Handling of Calibration of pressure gauges, manometers, Vernier caliper, temperature controller, temperature indicators, temperatures sensors, analytical instruments, maintenance of process instruments.Servicing of valves.
