Ensure accurate allocation of revenue between a parent company
and subsidiaries
Provide sales & Revenue analysis and compare it with previous
years ( Horizontal Trend analysis)
• Account Payable & Account Receivable, Prepare and enter direct
journal entries of accounts payable and accounts receivable and
Reconcile statements making sure the direct journal entries of
accounts payable accounts receivable, and fixed assets are entered
daily, Performing all the bank transfer transactions through the bank
after obtaining approvals and confirmations
Preparing Aging reports for both AP & AR
Preparing purchase orders.
• Bank Accounts & Online payments portals, Managing all the bank
transfers to the marketplace and vendors and suppliers, Preparing
the reconciliation of bank accounts reconciling the daily deposit from
MyFatoorah with the bank.
• Statements Issuance, Managing all the Statements of
account(SOA) issuance for marketplace and Vendor suppliers and
accounts receivable.
• Daily Operation needs, Monitoring and overseeing all the
operation's financial needs, especially petty cash needs, and
reviewing all the invoices.
• Cash handling Oversight, Monitoring and accounting for cash
transactions, and ensuring compliance with cash handling
procedures
• Reconciliations, Managing and preparing all the accounts
reconciliations with suppliers and Vendors and marketplace and
bank accounts.
• Perform Financial analysis and reporting to management as needed
