1. Accountable for ensuring the health and safety of oneself, colleagues, and vendor partners by complying with the company policies, procedures guidelines, rules and regulations of occupational health and safety at work.
2. Implement policies, procedures, and organizational structure for assigned operating unit within the framework of corporate policy.
3. Ensure staff in your division, have the required training to perform their tasks, and to recommend and organize training for staff requiring it.
4. Develop and implement strategy for plants QMS management system so as to meet organizational performance plans within permissible budget and time scale.
5. Observe transport activities and liaise with the workshop manager where required, to ensure that the transport size is at all times maintained, and a minimal number of vehicles are being repaired at any time.
6. Plant staff & supervise all assigned work unit activities through subordinate managers to ensure a cohesive operation unit.
7. Check on the daily activities of the Area Dispatch Executive to ensure policies are adhered to, and assist with the daily Production and Delivery Planning Process of each Branch in your area.
8. Make sure the Dispatch department keep to their promises and deliver on time. Be always at the ready to do some damage control should a situation arise with a supply.
9. Liaison with clients and consultant to establish new supplier base including visiting Customers and particularly check up on Customers Sites to ensure that our Site Foremen are providing quality services.
10. Ensure the optimum utilization of batching plant / fleet / manpower & other equipment & resources with an accepted level of customer stratification.
11. Review daily production planning for optimal utilization of time & resources for maximizing production & minimizing cost.
12. Accountable for regional sales and profitability goals, preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.

• Inspecting of incoming raw material, periodic material reconciliation and certification
• Responsible for the quality control of RMC produced & supplied contract labor & contractor management.
• Using correct processes as defined under IMS, RMCMA guidelines and periodic improvements in the same.
• Deploying processes based on business excellence framework, PMO, Kaizen and other management initiative.
• Managing corrective & preventive actions for maintenance, safety & housekeeping as well as communication with customer, production, QA, supplier and other interfaces.
• Controlling and monitoring overhead cost and ensuring compliance with company's credit control norms. Ensuring safe working environment & practices so as to manage goal of zero accident.
• Tracking and managing plant and employee performance, cross training and developing multi-skilling aptitude of plant staff and managing working hours including attendance across the cluster by realigning manpower as required.
• Leading, coaching, mentoring and hiring the team and conducting weekly meeting with plant team for discussing action plan for maintenance, targeted volume achievement and overall development.
• Ensuring that quality and service complaints are addressed and resolved timely. Enhancing the brand image by ensuring plant upkeep and upkeep of transit mixers
• Responsible for maintaining area EBITDA and keeping a control on raw material cost.
• Handling key customers to increase the share of wallet (SOW) and encouraging the vendor partners to achieve effective utilization of man and machinery assets.
• Ensuring operational efficiency of plants and operational cost minimization by optimal resource allocation in the area.
• Accountable for regional sales and profitability goals, preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Assessing market trends and gather competitive information identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.
• Lead & guide the team in ensuring compliance to all safety norms to minimize/achieve ZERO accidents through appropriate protection system & safety equipment’s
