Key Responsibilities:
 Providing total Warehouse and Logistics solutions to ensuring smooth & trouble free flow of materials, maintain
supply chain effectiveness and timely distribution of merchandise.
 Preform Material Management as like receiving, issuing, transferring, on-spec, off-spec, hold, recharge, accident
returns and waste in SAP ERP PP MM modules.
 Controlling Inventory and ensuring adequate stocks and replenishment based on demand/supply forecasts for
smooth flow of business operations.
 Prepare materials arrival report and inspecting the materials through quality control.
 Arrange Transportation which includes packing, receipts and dispatch of materials by rail, road and sea.
 Verify physical stocks and provide the stock statements to production, purchase and finance department.
 Assuring Quality of Products and Material Planning and Distribution as per customer specifications.
 Issue and revise Shipment Orders timely due to order fulfillment.
 Processing Digital Invoice and Verification in SAP ERP SD Module.
 Controlling Depot from STO transfer to final despatch.
 Prepare COA Requests to provide QI & Lab.
 Lead and mentor the team, provided training and conduct performance appraisals and succession planning.
 Handling various reports as like as packaging summary, finished products, plantwise stocks, despatch, bulk
transferring and stocks, recharging, warehouse location and inventory.
 Shooting various troubles by applying various route cause analysis methods.
 Communicating with Inter and Intra Departments for cross functional activities.
 Store various documents and disposes their timely.
 Reviewing existing SOP and design internal controls/quality audit checks for various operational areas.
 Monitoring internal and external regulatory audits and compliance to their observations.
 Managing facilities and infrastructures to ensure Cost effective workability.
 Contributing Kaizen KY HH JSA QCC STOP and 5s to build a good work place.
