Execute Project award to Handover the elevator, which includes compliance, Drawing, Technical submittal and approval. Manage the project cost efficient and retain the customer
Co ordinate with Sales team to float Tender, Pre order and Post order work. Post order like coordinate with factory to customer to get Materials to site as well Start the Installation work with Mentioned deadline
Starting the Project from supporting sales department from Tender stage. After order awards start working on Preparing drawing, Material sample, approvals. start working on site management like resource, materials, tools etc. getting approvals, work inspection at site work and handover. Advice finance team to invoice monthly and follow up payment with Customer and pay our vendor in time.
