• Point of contacts for benefit queries and claim issues
• Responds to internal and external questions related to company policies or general employee issues
• Responsible for Travel and other leave type administration
• Organizing training's in coordination with training manager and collecting training feedback forms
• Personnel file management
• Maintain notice boards on daily basis
• Payroll process (new hires, employment changes etc)
• Responsible for setup and general orientation for newly hired
• Prepare welcome pack for new joiners
