SECRETARY - I am a reliever for this position everytime our secretary is off or not on duty. I kept the salon organize, made sure the various appointments of clients and trainings for the staff on the schedule are kept straight, and manages the flow of the visitors, visitors and clients who need to see the management staff. In addition to basic secretarial tasks, I also did more advance executive functions such as, sending of liable end of day, monthly and annual reports. Then, recording all the financial transactions of the business, making the payroll of the employee, standard keeping of all relevant files, manages a proper purchasing of all necessary materials in salon as well as product control.
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - Greeted the clients entering the salon with a smile to ascertain what each client wanted or needed services. Described product to clients and accurately explained the benefits and care of it. Politely assisted the client either in person or via telephone. I ensured superior client experience by addressing clients concerns, demonstrating empathy and resolving problem on the spot. Asking a client with open-ended question in order to assess the needs. Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness inside the salon is part of my task as well.
CASHIER - Receiving the payments by cash only and giving the exact change. Then, issuing receipts, credits or back job due to clients. Counting the money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and there is adequate change. Monitored cash drawers to ensure adequate cash supply. Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas. Establish or identify prices of goods and services, and tabulate bills using calculator.
BEAUTY ADVISOR & SALES STAFF -
* selling lots of product in different categories which we are using to our clients.
* Our make-up composed of different brands like Borjouis, Benye, Sorme, Gramas, Max Factor, NYX, Maybeline, Forever 21 and more.
* None of our clients left our beauty center without buying something and Make-up is not difficult to sell.
* With my skills in selling particularly about make-up, in regular days I can sell minimum of 15 pieces and during peak days I can sell minimum of 25 pieces.
* I have unique skills to find resources in order to learn speak arabic for better connection to our clients.
MAKE UP ARTIST -
* I do different make-up style depends on our clients request.
* I can do whatever they want to achieve with their faces, it’s either be simple, be strong alike, to have different appearance or copying a make-up style and appearance from a picture which they bring.
* My clients are always satisfied of my creations and it's more often, they gave me cash tip as their thanks giving and appreciation to my job.
* After I did the make-over, I always suggest amd sell to them our make-up products fortunately, we can sell minimum of 15 pieces per day.

Taking the orders of the customer and transact it either in POS or Computer whether it is for delivery, pick up today or another day, pick up another branch with different mode of payment like, deferred, straight, cash, check, debit or any tender. Assist the customer in claiming their items. When we can't approve a straight or deferred payment in our terminal, we are the one to call the bank issuer for manual approval and verification of the card holder.
