• Professionally handle incoming requests via phone or email from customer and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
• Prioritization and handling of customer requests and incidents within predetermined SLAs
• Monitor and respond to open tickets submitted through an incident management system
• Providing support to local clients and to external clients
• Handling all customer requests and educate them on company product

• Handling medical front desk in computerized and manual scheduling, billing, and health/insurance records supervision, including main carriers and medicals.
• Assist and maintain patient’s appointments and patients’ records.
• Processing patient’s insurance claims.
• Handles administrative task, license renewals and contracts for Third-party suppliers.
• Performs duties assigned by the Senior IT Manager, attends HOD meetings and Shipboard Management meetings, report directly to top IT Department management on shore-side (AVP/VP/SVP), carry out these duties diligently and promptly.
• Performs daily monitoring, support and maintenance of the business application server, data communication infrastructure, business data-centric resources (including computer hardware equipment, software and data protection, network stability) to ensure the delivery of shipboard system.
• Is responsible for the 1st level support to business application to ensure minimal disruption, business continuity of operation, service expectations and service level requirements are uninterrupted.
• Determine project budgets, purchasing requests and quality check for all IT related systems.
• Responsible for the 2nd level IT Applications Support for all shore instances and Ship (Fleet).
• Basic knowledge on MSSQL, Visual Basic and Web-based applications.
• Develops programs application for Casino systems
• Responsible for Project Planning, Timeline, Budget and Project Implementation for Star Cruises IT Application.
• An excellent ability to communicate and interact at all level
• Implement, support and maintain Casino applications system onboard fleet.
• Meeting and dealing IT services with the clients
• Project Planning and creating kick-off presentation
• Documenting the Scope of system, Specifications, User Manual and Project Sign-Off/ Acceptance document.
• Quality Assurance and Quality Check of IT system before Project Implementation and Sign Off.
