Responsible for:
- Agency Contracts and Agreement
- Incoming and outgoing emails and telephone calls
- Secretarial and Administrative duties
- Managing Director/Vice Chairman's Agenda
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling all clerical work
- Raising the purchase order and invoices
- Debit and Credit Invoice creation
- Petty Cash preparation
- Processing Health Insurance Employment & Residence visa, etc for newly employed employees
- Handling documents to foreign embassies for new or additional job demand/job order
- Handling cash and credit note invoices, Task Orders from ADCO
- Dealing with Oil & Gas companies (ADNOC Group), Petrochemical Co., Hotels, Construction, Real Estate, Accounting & Auditing, Recruitment Agencies (Overseas) and other companies by short listing suitable candidates.
- Attends to walk-in applicants & does pre-screening interviews & recommends to the manager.
- Scanning and saving documents collected from suppliers and contractors
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls, correspondence and filing.
- Creating and modifying documents using Microsoft Office.
- Teaching basic english from 3 to 4 years old children
- Assisting Arabic teacher in all school activities
