Project Highlights
Current Project: Basic Skills Assessment Center for Tamkeen (Labour Fund): Worked as a Project Manager with a cross-functional team to design and implement a Skills Training Program and Assessment Center for citizens of Bahrain. I am responsible for the project management, Skills Gap Analysis, Design of Skills Assessment tool, Process flow design of Assessment center at Seef Mall, Documentation of IT and functional manuals, Pre-launch training of Tamkeen staff and Post delivery feedback.

Achievement: The project is now being piloted and will be launched officially in the next couple of weeks. 40 respondents are now scheduled to benefit from the scheme in the very first week.

Past Project: Business Unit HR for 16 employees at Tamkeen
Worked as the HR Leader for the recruitment and selection of 16 employees who are assigned on-site at Tamkeen. I was responsible for on-boarding activities, performance reviews, training need analysis, employee relations and operational activities such as Medical Insurance, Payroll, Mobilization efforts etc.

Other projects handled: Competency Framework Design and Design of TNA system and processes.

• Develop and maintain contemporary best practices in talent identification, sourcing, engagement methodologies and practices.
