Doha Business Consulting is a start-up company formed in 2013 to provide services to foreign and local clients wishing to enter into the Qatar market.

- Assist multinational companies to enter into Qatar and provide senior level support on the commercial environment.
- Identify key opportunities to succeed in both public tenders, private contracts and other business opportunities in Qatar.
- Development of company brand and strong business network including senior level management at multinational companies, Embassies, Trade bodies and local Government entities.
- Lead contact point between the Company and Shareholders which includes weekly, monthly and quarterly progress reports and chairing of meetings.
- Responsible for the oversight of 2015 budget projections and management of actual budget.
- Manage, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of all business processes and procedures to ensure a high quality service and an efficient operation is delivered.
- Leading the business services and government liaison services teams, a total of 6 staff.
- Creation and development of company staff structure including organisational structure, staff recruitment, job roles, staff KPI’s, training needs and performance reviews in line with company objectives and goals and local labour laws.
- Make business decisions that are financially responsible and accountable, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Development and oversight of marketing strategy and revision of service offerings.
- Review KPI data including financial, sales, and activity reports.
- Identifying and reporting on new global investment opportunities for shareholders, including feasibility reports.
