Working as TBM operator for machines ranging from AVN 600 to AVN 3000 and Project coordinator in many multi million projects like,

1. Industrial area "QS001- Roads and Infrastructure in Doha Industrial area (package 001)

2. Barzan "Flow diversion scheme for PS12B1 & PS BARZAN camp (DW047)

3. C785 "Flow diversion scheme for pumping stations PS31 and PS5.

Coordinate with consultants and main contractors for inspections and prepare daily progress report.

Inspect grouting works and prepare documents.

Preparation of drive completion documents and getting approval from main contractors.

Making request for document controller to raise RFI for setting up Jacking frame and Laser, thrust wall construction, Launching machine, final line and level inspection, air test and grouting.

Internal auditor for ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001.
Use to give periodic training for labors and group leaders for Daily check list at site, fixing pipe and preparing pipe at ground level.

• Preparation of schedule for day to day project activities.
• Preparing the submittal of Inspection Test Report.
• Assisting the representatives of main contractors & Client during the time of inspection.
• Preparing and submitting Inspection Request Form (IRF) to main contractor.
• Doing the site coordination.
• Periodic checkups on materials quality.
• Directing supervisors to execute the projects.
• Arranging weekly meetings of supervisors and enquiring the process of projects.
• Preparation and Submission of weekly Progress Report to Project Manager.
• Appreciating workers to maintain a good relationship and basically to get my work done on time.
• Oversee safety precaution taken to about 125% of the work area.
• Preparation of material list and making it available on site.
