1. Assist the Resident Engineer in performing contractual duties on site. Check the quality of works as per contract agreement, specifications and MOT circulars.
2. Ensure that the design plan is safely and accurately implemented on site.
3. Check design calculations, plan and profile, cross-sections, structural plans, and give recommendation to the Resident Engineer for necessary modification.
4. Provide technical advice to the contractor regarding design, site implementation, program of works and structural repairs.
5. Monitor the contractor work accomplishment with reference to contract schedule.
6. Prepare daily and weekly report of the site activities.
7. Ensure/check that all materials incorporated into the project passed all the specification requirements.
8. Prepare quality control program.
9. Check the asphalt and concrete mixes from production up to its final placement.
10. Analyze and interpret test results of soil, aggregates, asphalt, concrete, steel, and other materials used in the projects.
11. Check field compaction of embankment, subgrade, and aggregate base course.
Project: LIBYA COASTAL HIGH SPEED RAILWAY, Tripoli - Sirt (452km)

2. Review the drawing plans of roads, box culverts, and bridges.
3. Check the steel works, formworks prior to concrete.

5. Coordinate with the contractor with the problems encounter at site and give technical advice.
6. Issue site instruction for works which are noncompliance to specifications.

1. Assist the project manageer in office works and site works.
2. Supervise the construction of Sewage Treatment Plant, pumping stations, manholes and pipe laying.
3. Prepare bar cutting list and quantity take-off for STP, maholes, etc.
4. Prepare work schedule, daily and weekly accomplishment report.
5. Check the quality of materials used in the project.
